I've moved web hosts to one in the US (www.ixwebhosting.com) that offers rather a lot more space, transfer, databases etc for slightly less than my current host. There may have been little disruption whilst the transfer took place but it was a fairly simple process (from my point of view)!
I may even start uploading photos and stuff now - you never know!

Well, I reckon I can do the 13 miles in Newcastle now. The first 3 miles were a real battle today but I managed to get through it and ran a steady pace to complete 12 miles in just under 2 hours 2 minutes.
It's pretty much the pace I'd like to be able to keep up for the real thing. With 2 more weeks of training to go until the event I think I should be able to keep that pace even though there are plenty of hills to climb on the course.

Yeah, ok I've got nothing to talk about at the moment except my constant training for the Great North Run. I've got a load of oracle and general programming madness related posts to bring over from my bloglines blog but there just isn't anything really worth writing about at the moment.
If you're going to subscribe to any of the feeds on these pages then be aware that I will very rarely post blog entries to the front page. So if that's what you're really interested in then you'll want to subscribe to one of the feeds from the blog page. It's probably best to just paste the url of the page you're intersted in and see what feeds your feeder software can pull out.

I'm going to be running the Great North Run this year on the 1st of October along with my 3 brothers. I'm running to raise money for Mencap so please sponsor me!
Please sponsor me, it's really easy - you can donate online by credit or debit card at the following address:
http://www.justgiving.com/grumpy
All donations are secure and sent electronically to Mencap. If you are a UK taxpayer, Justgiving will automatically reclaim 28% Gift Aid on your behalf, so your donation is worth even more.
cheers,
Graham
