Make sure permissions on /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf are

 -rw-rw---- 1 root hpsmh 18743 Oct  1 14:22 snmpd.conf

If hpsmh can't read the config file then there'll be no data showing in the management homepage and instead of SNMP under source it will just be blank
